Thunder and Lightning offers personal training as well as group classes with a focus on strength and conditioning and your overall fitness and health. We also have virtual coaching with real-time video training so that you can workout wherever you are.

Here at Thunder and Lightning, it’s all about what you can do. We have a dynamic team of coaches that work together to ensure you are taken care of beyond your fitness goals. From guiding you to progressively heavier lifts to coaching you through your first powerlifting competition ever, our main goal is to help you build confidence.

As a former semi-pro soccer player and local gym member who knew I wasn’t getting the most out of my workouts, I wanted to incorporate weight lifting and other strength exercises into my routine, but was afraid to do it on my own because of an ACL surgery years ago.

I heard about David & Teri-Lynn through a close friend who told me they had helped him get into top physical condition. I started attending their classes and haven’t looked back since. When I met Teri-Lynn, I knew I was in the right place. She is encouraging, motivating and a thoughtful trainer who has shown me how to scale workouts to my abilities, but still challenge myself.

Further, the beauty of her classes is that each class is like a personal training session as she is always there to individually coach people through the class and ensure that they have the correct form.

Through David and Teri-Lynn, I’m also part of a community of amazing members outside of the classes and for that, I do not think I could ever go back to a traditional gym setting.
