1-1 Personal Training

Starting at $120 + 5% GST

Personal training will give you the most customizable results for your fitness and health with specially tailored workouts, nutrition, scheduling, and accountability. Working with a coach one-on-one is also a great way to level up your progress or fine-tune specific skills you want to work on.

VIRTUAL Training

Starting at $75 + 5% GST for 45 minutes

We started offering virtual coaching to keep people going during the pandemic. Even though many people have access to barbells again, many people still prefer the convenience of virtual training. We coach you in real-time, working with the equipment you have, or don’t have at home to keep the gains train coming!

We offer 1-1 or partner training virtual sessions and a group class that runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1:35 pm on Zoom.

PARTNER TRAINING

Starting at $70 + 5% GST per person

Partner training is an effective and fun way to reach your fitness goals with a friend, family member, or significant other. Partner training can give you extra accountability and motivation and maybe also a little friendly competition and support during your sessions.

NUTRITION COACHING

$120 + 5% GST for an Initial Consult
$70 + 5% GST for 30-minute a follow-up sessions

Gold Nutrition Package

$125+GST/month

Three-month commitment.

  • Initial one-hour education/goal-setting session.

  • Twice-weekly check-ins via preferred communication method.

  • Monthly 30-minute in-person biometrics and goal-setting sessions.

  • Access to a private nutrition Facebook page.

Silver Nutrition Package

$75+GST/month

Month-to-month commitment with a 15-day cancellation policy.

  • Twice-weekly check-ins via preferred communication method.

  • Monthly 15 minute in-person biometrics and goal-setting sessions.

  • Access to private nutrition Facebook page.

Nutrition is important to ensure all your training gets you the most gains possible. Let’s make sure all your hard work pays off! We can do these sessions in person or online. For best results, we recommend starting with the Gold Nutrition Package and going to the Silver Nutrition Package when you are ready as a maintenance plan.

Before starting your group fitness journey, part of the first step is to prepare for classes with one of our Onramp Packages.

To accomplish this, we'll provide personalized instruction to teach you all the technical movements required to participate in classes. This approach guarantees that you understand how to execute the movements safely and their purpose, and establish excellent habits for long-term success.

We want you to feel comfortable and confident to attend the group classes that you are interested in. Upon finishing our onramp program, you'll be fully prepared for the next step of classes.

ONRAMP PACKAGES

$360 for Tier 1

3 sessions for entry into CardioBlast, Strength and Conditioning, and Powerlifting (all classes but CrossTraining)


$360 for Tier 2

3 sessions for entry into CrossTraining 


$720 for Tier 1 and 2

6 sessions for entry into CrossTraining plus all other classes


We have an Onramp package available as part of our Best Start 6 Week Package which includes 6 weeks of training with Onramp 1-1 sessions, group fitness, and nutrition coaching. This is your best start for success and we will go over it at your No Sweat Intro.

You may also qualify for CrossTraining through previous experience or at coach’s discretion.
