We offer a wide variety of classes to suit your needs, depending on what you enjoy most that'll keep your workouts effective for you. Variety and balance in training styles are important. Our classes are designed to hit your fitness goals, keep things fresh, and keep you coming back for more.

OPEN GYM


CROSSTRAINING

We use safe, efficient, and functional movements done at a high variety and intensity to improve your overall fitness. You'll get stronger, faster, more proficient and fit with workouts that can be adapted to any fitness level. Workouts incorporate powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and gymnastics in an inclusive and fun atmosphere within a competitive and supportive community. Your highly trained coaches will ensure you are fully supported to reach your goals.


Powerlifting

Dial in on your squat, bench, and deadlift technique, or learn these lifts for the first time. This class is for people who want to get stronger, and also for competitive powerlifters. You’ll be coached on the fundamentals and finer points of these three lifts, as well as important powerlifting accessory exercises which will increase your strength and proficiency at the three main lifts. You'll be taken through an 11 week periodized program to maximize your strength progression and ready you for competition. Competition rules and procedures will be taught and we include an in-house mini powerlifting meet. This is an excellent opportunity for first-time lifters as well as athletes looking to compete in a powerlifting meet up to national level.


CARDIOBLAST

This bootcamp style class is a 45-minute action-packed workout that will have you moving and sweating with a variety of full-body exercises. We use bodyweight, kettlebell, and dumbbell movements with high variety in style to give you a fun but intense workout that can be tailored to your experience level. Just show up, sweat, work hard, maybe laugh a little too, and feel great after this blast of a workout!


STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

This class combines strength and conditioning into a full body workout, but without the competition of CrossTraining. The two main components of the class are a strength portion: compound movements using barbells/kettlebells/dumbbells, but not necessarily as highly skilled as some of the gymnastics or Olympic lifting involved in CrossFit, and a conditioning portion: cardio intervals or a circuit that is not scored.


MOBILITY

Here's a 30 minute class that will keep you mobile so you can do the things you enjoy. Lifters can use this class to improve their strength through range of motion, improve posture, and to move better through the day. Proper mobility means making more use of your range of motion so that you can be stronger and more agile. You'll also find that it is an energizing boost to keep you energized and less stiff throughout your day.


Virtual

Don’t let distance or time hold you back. We run a 45 minute group class that is done in real time through Zoom. This fast-paced strength and cardio combo can be done with a kettlebell, dumbbell, or just your body weight too. Join us for a tough CardioBlast style class from wherever you can log on! 


TEAM TRAINING

We offer private team training for your sports team or even work teams. This is useful for sport specific training as well as team building. Let us know how we can help benefit your group.


OPEN GYM

Come in during our open gym hours to practice your technique or do your own workout. This is an uncoached session. You can come in during any class times or additional open gym hours.

Members can upgrade their membership to include open gym sessions, and we also have an open gym only membership option.
