HOW TO USE THE PUSH PRESS APP
After you sign up with Thunder and Lightning Athletic Club, you will receive your login information for the Thunder And Lightning Athletic app. This is where you can sign in to classes, see the workouts ahead of time, buy merch, chat with the community, and track your results.
From the T&L app, you will be prompted to download the Push Press Train app. This app records your weights and scores from your workouts.
