KIDs’ STRENGTH

CROSSTRAINING

We use safe, efficient, and functional movements done at a high variety and intensity to improve your overall fitness. You'll get stronger, faster, more proficient and fit with workouts that can be adapted to any fitness level. Workouts incorporate powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and gymnastics in an inclusive and fun atmosphere within a competitive and supportive community. Your highly trained coaches will ensure you are fully supported to reach your goals.

Dial in on your squat, bench, and deadlift technique, or learn these lifts for the first time. This class is for people who want to get stronger, and also for competitive powerlifters. You’ll be coached on the fundamentals and finer points of these three lifts, as well as important powerlifting accessory exercises which will increase your strength and proficiency at the three main lifts. You'll be taken through an 11 week periodized program to maximize your strength progression and ready you for competition. Competition rules and procedures will be taught and we include an in-house mini powerlifting meet. This is an excellent opportunity for first-time lifters as well as athletes looking to compete in a powerlifting meet up to national level. We are downtown Vancouver’s specialists in powerlifting specific training!

CARDIOBLAST

This bootcamp style class is a 45-minute action-packed workout that will have you moving and sweating with a variety of full-body exercises. We use bodyweight, kettlebell, and dumbbell movements with high variety in style to give you a fun but intense workout that can be tailored to your experience level. Just show up, sweat, work hard, maybe laugh a little too, and feel great after this blast of a workout!

STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

This class combines strength and conditioning into a full body workout, but without the competition of CrossTraining. The two main components of the class are a strength portion: compound movements using barbells/kettlebells/dumbbells, but not necessarily as highly skilled as some of the gymnastics or Olympic lifting involved in CrossFit, and a conditioning portion: cardio intervals or a circuit that is not scored.

TEAM TRAINING

We offer private team training for your sports team or even work teams. This is useful for sport specific training as well as team building. Let us know how we can help benefit your group. Our downtown Vancouver location beside the Waterfront SkyTrain makes it convenient for your work lunch break.


KID’S STRENGTH CLASS

Our Kid’s Strength Class is designed to help children aged ~8-12 build strength, confidence, and coordination in a safe, supportive environment. Parents are welcome to join and train alongside their kids!

The program runs in 8-week blocks, focusing on functional and age-appropriate strength movements. Each session is guided by our expert coaches, ensuring proper technique and safety while making fitness fun and engaging.

This class is perfect for building a strong foundation for future fitness, fostering healthy habits, and encouraging family bonding through exercise.

Join us Saturdays from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM and experience the benefits of strength training for your kids!

Mom & Baby Strength & Fitness Class Downtown Vancouver.

Our Mom & Baby Fitness class is designed to help you rebuild your strength, connect with other moms, and move your body, without needing to find a babysitter.

This 8-week specialty program runs in focused blocks, offering a supportive and energizing environment tailored for postpartum recovery and fitness. You'll get fun, functional workouts that meet you where you're at, with expert coaching to guide you safely as you return to training.

Bring your baby, join a welcoming community, and feel stronger each week.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10AM for Level 2 and 11AM for Level 1.
