We offer several ways to train with a personal trainer in downtown Vancouver — find the format that works for you.
1-1 Personal Training
Starting at $130 + 5% GST
The most personalized coaching available. Your program is built entirely around your goals, injury history, progress and schedule. Full attention from your coach every session — form corrections, programming adjustments, nutrition, and real accountability built in. Ideal if you want maximum individualization or are working through specific limitations.
PARTNER TRAINING
$75 + 5% GST per person
Train with a friend, partner, or family member and split the cost of a private session. You both get individualized coaching in the same session. Partner training adds accountability, a little friendly competition, and makes showing up a lot easier when someone else is counting on you.

From $52.50/session per person
The best of both worlds: personalized coaching at a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1. Sessions are capped at 4 people, so you get individualized programming, real-time coaching, and genuine accountability — alongside training partners who push you forward. More personalized than group classes, more affordable than 1-on-1. Our most popular option.
NUTRITION COACHING
Nutrition is one of most important building blocks of fitness to ensure you get the best out of your training! Make sure your hard work pays off with one of our Nutrition Coaching Packages. Our packages can be done both in person or online and the hands on approach keeps you engaged and accountable.
$520 + 5% GST for 4 personal training sessions.
Before starting your group fitness journey, part of the first step is to prepare for classes with one of our Onramp Packages.
ONRAMP PACKAGE
Whether you’re brand new to fitness or just new to our coaching style, the Onramp Program gives you everything you need to step into our group classes with confidence. This 4-session program is designed to teach you proper technique, safety, and the foundational skills used across all our strength and conditioning group classes.
Across four 1:1 sessions, you’ll work closely with a coach to learn key movements, understand how our classes are structured, and build the confidence to train safely and effectively. Everything is tailored to your current fitness level so you progress at the right pace.
What to Expect
Coaching on core movement patterns and proper technique
Skill development for for all classes including barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell, and bodyweight work
Education on pacing, safety, and class flow
A supportive, individualized introduction to our gym
When you complete your Onramp, you’ll be fully prepared — and cleared — to join any class on our schedule. You may also qualify for group classes through previous experience or at coach’s discretion.
